Wirework is an imaginative and spontaneous method of setting stones using wire and simple hand tools. Craft a centerpiece
for a beading project, create a pendant out of that odd-shaped stone or turn a beach rock into a magic amulet. In this
workshop you will learn how to frame a stone, the use of simple hand tools, and about the sometimes perverse nature of wire.
You will create a finished work of art in one session. Surprise yourself! Workshops and private classes are priced depending
on travel time and number of participants. My studio is located in Northern California.
Freeform Wire Workshop
In this advanced workshop, we explore how to set the asymmetrical and odd shaped stones in wire, adding beads and additional

Group Wire Workshop
I like to teach groups of friends or family, gem clubs or creative circles. It's great fun to create art with buddies! Everyone
takes home a piece and great memories of its creation. If you'd like to host/organize a workshop of four or more, there is a
50% discount on your class fee. Class time is 3-4 hours depending on the number of students.
Cost: $75 per person
Tool Sets
I am offering beginner tool sets for sale at workshops for $30. Each set contains chain and round nose pliers and a flush
cutter. They are wrapped in a handy cloth roll that doubles as a work surface and wire storage.
